Article 1
ORGANIZER
The prize competition is arranged and organized by: Poliklinika Cito, Moliških Hrvata 4, Split, OIB: 63313414346, hereinafter: Organizer.
Article 2
DURATION, PURPOSE AND VENUE OF THE PRIZE COMPETITION
The prize competition is conducted for the purpose of promoting the Organizer. The prize competition will start on April 11, 2023 at 3 p.m. and end on June 30, 2023 at 2 p.m., and it applies to the entire territory of the Republic of Croatia. The sponsor of the award is GenePlanet D.O.O.
Article 3
AREA OF PROMOTION
Promotional materials will be available on the organizer’s Facebook page and Instagram profile.
Article 4
PRIZE DETERMINED BY THE ORGANIZER
The prize contest has 1 prize, and it is awarded at the end of the prize contest.
The prize is a refund of the cost of the Nifty test:

The prize cannot be exchanged for money or other service.
Article 5
RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE
The right to participate in the prize contest has the right to all natural persons with a residence address in the Republic of Croatia and registered on the social network Facebook www.facebook.com and Instagram www.instagram.com, except members of the Organizer and members of their immediate families (parents, spouse, children , sisters and brothers).
Article 6
HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PRIZE COMPETITION
For the right to participate in the competition, you need to go to the Organizer’s Facebook/Instagram page https://www.facebook.com/citopoliklinika, https://www.instagram.com/citopoliklinika and do the following:
🔹Follow the facebook/instagram profile of the organizer and GenePlanet Croatia
🔹Like the organizer’s post
🔹Tag 3 people in the comments to whom you would recommend the NIFTY test
All participants will be considered until June 30, 2023 at 2 p.m.
Article 7
DISQUALIFICATION
The organizer reserves the right to disqualify participants at any time in the following cases:
• Participants who are suspected of not having fulfilled all the steps of qualification for the competition;
• Participants using fake profiles;
• Participants who post answers with inappropriate and offensive content
Article 8
CHOOSING THE WINNERS
We announce the winners by random selection via the Instagram Random Comment Picker online tool, which will select 1 winner.
Article 9
HOW TO CLAIM THE PRIZE
The winner of the award will be notified on the official Instagram page via a story, and further communication will be continued via e-mail or via Instagram messenger. It is the responsibility of the winner to confirm his identity to the Organizer with his own ID card. If the winner does not report within 7 days of being notified of winning the prize, it is considered that the winner does not want to accept the prize, that is, that he renounces it, and the Organizer has the right to keep it and use it in future prize contests.
Article 10
PARTICIPANTS IN THE PRIZE COMPETITION
Participants taking part in the prize contest cannot claim prizes in larger quantities or prizes other than those specified in these Rules by the Organizer. By participating in the prize competition, participants accept and confirm that they are familiar with the rights and obligations from these Rules.
Article 11
PUBLICITY
By participating in this prize competition, the participants agree that, if they become a prize winner, their name may be published by the Organizer on the Facebook and Instagram page.
Article 12
ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNERS
The name of the prize winner will be announced on July 3, 2023 at 6 p.m., on the Organizer’s official Instagram page.

Artcile 13
MINOR PARTICIPANTS IN THE PRIZE GAME
Minors have the right to participate in the prize competition in accordance with the law. If the winner of the prize is a minor, the Organizer will hand over the prize to a person who, based on the law or a decision of a state body, is obliged to take care of her, after inspecting the documents proving the parental or guardian relationship

TAXES
The winner does not bear any tax costs, obligations or fees directly related to the prize.
Article 15
WRONG AND IRREGULAR APPLICATIONS
Incorrect or incompletely completed applications for participation in the prize competition are invalid and do not give the right to any prize, it is considered that the participant did not comply with the Rules of the prize competition, and the Organizer has the right to prohibit participation in the prize competition at any time.
Article 16
IN CASE OF DISPUTE
In the event of a dispute between the Organizer and the participants of the prize competition, the jurisdiction is the Municipal Court in Split.
Article 17
POSSIBILITY OF INTERRUPTION OF THE PRIZE COMPETITION
The prize competition can be terminated only in the event of the occurrence of circumstances for which the Organizer is not responsible, that is, which it could not prevent, eliminate or avoid. Participants will be informed about the termination of the prize game via the official Facebook page of the Organizer.
Article 18
CHANGES TO CONTEST RULES
The organizer reserves the right to change the rules of the contest, and all participants will be informed about this in a timely manner.

REMARK
This Contest is in no way affiliated with, promoted or sponsored by Facebook and Instagram. Your data, which you provide exclusively for the needs of the full functionality of this competition, you provide to Poliklinika Cito, not to Facebook and Instagram. Please note, social networks are a public space and the publication of any content (including photos) may represent an invasion of privacy of both the contest participants themselves and third parties. If the participants of the contest publish any content/photos on our profiles, we will consider that they published it voluntarily and Poliklinika Cito is not responsible for the content thereof, nor for the misuse of such content by any third parties. Also, if participants have published any content on our profiles (including photos, messages, comments, any personal data, etc.) we will consider that they have all the necessary authorizations to publish such content.
Article 20
Protection of personal data
Submission of personal data for this prize competition is voluntary. If the participant believes that the processing of the database is in violation of the protection of his privacy or in violation of the law, he can contact the Organizer or the Agency for the Protection of Personal Data and request an explanation. By participating in the giveaway, the participant accepts and approves that the data provided, name and surname, are stored and used exclusively for the purposes of the prize giveaway, and not for any other purposes. The organizer does not transfer the collected data of the participants of the prize giveaway to third parties.
The organizer deletes the collected data of the participants and winners of the prize giveaway after one year from the collected data database.
